Many of you know me from my years running my own product based brand, where I lived the day-to-day reality of managing operations, inventory, and suppliers.After several years away from small business, during which I worked in film production and focused on my family, I’ve returned to my roots in the local business scene.I’ve always loved the logic and organization of a well kept set of books. Today, I combine my background in business ownership with the high detail project management skills I honed on film sets to help other owners move past the stress of disorganized records.
My background is in managing complex, inventory driven operations and make-to-order workflows.
